Today's Seeded Multigrain loaf. I think next time I'll up the percentages of seed inclusions because it's just not quite as seedy as I'd like. I might also up the whole wheat % and/or replace with my fav – medium rye. But overall pretty happy with the turnout (aside from burning the bottom of the loaf because I got distracted)! Recipe and method included in pictures.

This is a masterpiece! Such perfect crumb in the seeded sourdough – unbelievable!
I don’t understand this sub. Post like this with incredible bread get almost no votes, and silly ones get loads.
That’s an amazing crumb. Really really nice. Lovely job!
This looks so good oh my 🤤
It looks lovely, but adding 7.5% whole wheat hardly makes it multi-grain… it’s actually literally a single grain, wheat.
Oh my lord … this should be rated 18+ 🤤
Truly a superb looking loaf. Nicely done
Beautiful!!!!
Pack it in folks. We’ve found the perfect loaf
This. Looks. Perfect. Definitely adding to my to make list.
Holy shit. This is a perfect loaf… Bravo. And the details! What do you find a near 100% rise prior to cold proof does for your crumb?
this is my next loaf! thank you for your process – looks fantastic!!!
Thank you so so much for sharing this! I’ve been dying to make a seed loaf and had no idea where to start percentage wise on the seed to flour ratio. Much appreciated and your loaf looks insanely beautiful!
