i had almost nothing in my house so i made this for me and my partner. if you like green bean casserole you'll like this
what you need:
oil
flour
1 can of green beans
any kind of potato
milk
seasonings
i used some leftover frozen hasbrowns with peppers and fried it a little and then put it in the airfryer to get crispier. while that was cooking i
put olive oil and flour in a pan (added red chili flakes, garlic powder, thyme and rosemary)
cooked it a little to get the raw flour taste out and it was golden
i used one can of the margaret holmes green beans (they're the best, very flavorful)
drained half of the juice in the pan with the flour and cooked it a little and added some milk (this is okay because the juice is well seasoned)
it should be a sauce now after consistently
stirring
added salt, garlic parmesean seasoning, lemon pepper butter seasoning, sazon, pepper and a chicken seasoning packet from a ramen
put the green beans in the pan with the sauce and cooked it for a while, seasoned it more
added a little over half of the potatoes in the pan and mixed.
it was enough for 2 bowls so i put them in the bowls and the rest of the potatoes on top. it was really good lmk if you make this !
