Snack; lemon drizzle cake – I had to guess this one so have guessed 200cals (based on costa lemon drizzle loaf – this is smaller than half so went with half the cals)
Dinner; Sunomono (Japanese cucumber salad) while dinner cooked because I was hungry – 49cals
Curried turkey, veg and pulses soup with a slice of bread and butter – 550cals
Total 82g protein, 59g fat, 180g carbs and I'm stuffed 😋
