We were just on Sifnos and we visited Pelicanos in Faros.

Amongst a selection of lovely small plates that we shared, I loved a not-so-small plate of Blue Crab Cacio e Pepe with freshly extruded Spaghettoni.
It was excellent! Super savoury and rich, and broke the “no cheese with seafood” rule with aplomb.

Other dishes pictured are a cured tuna “ham” and a brilliant steak tartare.

If you’re island hopping, skip Mykonos and instead give Sifnos a go.
Visit Pelicanos and their sister restaurant, Cantina.

    Wooowww that spaghetti!!! It doesn’t matter how many times I try different brands of Spaghettoni I can never get them as thick as the ones from restaurants! It’s driving me mad😂 that looks amazing though!
