Macros for the day: 1115 calories, 90g protein, 83g carbs, 34g fat, 23g Fiber
I’m a junior sailor living in the barracks with no kitchen. For a lot of people it’s discouraging if they have any goals around what they eat as our galley (dining hall) doesn’t serve the best foods if you’re tryna lose weight or eat more protein. And we are not allowed to have any appliances but a microwave and fridge. So I’ve learned how to adapt!
Although may not be the most fresh as it is frozen veggies and canned meats for the most part, gotta adapt somehow haha.
Ps. those aldi peanut butter cups are so addicting

Hey this is way way way too little calories for someone in active duty military (let alone anyone), you will crash and burn on this little amount and start experiencing serious health problems. Please google a TDEE calculator to see how many calories best fits your needs
