Guys, I got a bali. It’s kind of like a bagel, but I think they’re better. And it’s definitely a New York thing. So, we’re making hot pastrarami. Guys, I got my pan hot. Pastrarami goes in. We’re going to grill this. Move it around. Let it get nice and crispy. We want to form a little crust. Want some of that fat to start rendering out. That looks perfect. Go ahead and flip it over now. Let it get kind of crispy on the other side. Then, we’re going to push it aside. That fat in the pan, we’re going to use it to cook our boli. Going to throw it in there. We’re going to let that get nice and crisp. Guys, that’s ready to build a sandwich. Bottom goes down. I have some Dijon grain mustard. We throw down that pastrami. Get it all stacked up. Throw on the lid. Cut that thing in half, guys, and just get in there and enjoy. Look at that. This is one of those things that just came together. I had the pastrami. I found the bial at the local bakery and it was just perfect timing. The pastrami is great. Super fatty, greasy, totally delicious. The bial is super tender. Nice crisp crust where I cooked it. Excellent flavor. Wow, that put it over the top. What a treat. Thanks for watching. Cheers everyone.

  3. Thank you for eating pastrami the way it is supposed to be – I understand health concerns, but lean pastrami is just not real to me. It has to be fatty! Looks awesome. The fact that you found a bialy is amazing! I can't get them unless I order from NY or Miami. 🙂

  4. FYI, There are better ways to get going in the morning, other then sticking your finger in an outlet .

  5. Awesome looking sandwich! Pastrami is delicious and I do mine plain like yours with just spicy mustard. That bialy looks fantastic 😊
