My husband’s craving Cracker Barrel biscuits and sausage gravy and sausage gravy. I’m going to show you how we make it at home. That hurt my hip. We’re going to try a Southern Biscuits formula today. Have I ever tried this before? No, man. I haven’t. All you have to add is the buttermilk. I’ve never I’ve never God. My face is turning red for you. We weren’t meant to do it live. Start with the flower. Oh, oh my god. It’s got little little bits in it. Can you see that? Now your buttermilk. Are you supposed to shake it up? Sounds right to me. Make sure you smell it first. In the bowl, swirl it up. Put down some flour on your workstation, your countertop. Dump out the dough. Smooth. I don’t know about this. I think it’s going to be good. Feels light. Yeah, I like a light biscuit. Okay. Oh man, I got to preheat my oven. I don’t have a biscuit cutter, so I’m going to use a wine glass. Flour down the edge. And when you cut it through the dough, don’t twist it. They say if you twist it, it won’t rise. Who’s they? I don’t know. Down and up. Down and up. Now on a baking sheet. Oh my god. Have to clean up your mess. Hey Google, set a timer for 12 minutes. Now in the oven on 450. Let’s make the sausage gravy. Does it chop it up? Break it up. Brown it up. Just cook the sausage. Oh, biscuits. Holy biscuits. Looks like biscuits in there. Now that the sausage is cooked, add some flour, two teaspoons of butter and some milk. Little bit of salt, black pepper, and garlic. Just let it simmer till it starts to thicken. Biscuits are done. They look pretty good. Look at that pork. Cheers, Pop.

  1. You could have used that flour that was on the table for your gravy instead of throwing it away

  2. Your biscuits would’ve risen higher if you placed them close together before you cook. Nice southern meal!!

  3. Looks delicious you should try the heavy whipping cream and flour biscuits they are so amazing

  4. I'm so greatful to see a couple work together as a partnership she did a great job and he was πŸ’― % supportive ❀️ πŸ’– πŸ’—

  5. If you take any tips or tricks. I make the same sausage gravy except instead of doing the flour and milk separately, I make a good pancake batter consistency mixture of flour and milk and set it to the side. Once my sausage is cooked I pour milk to cover the sausage add butter and bring it to a boil and once it’s boiling I pour in the milk and flour mixture and whisk it until it’s thick. 😊 it was a game changer for me because I used to do it your way but now the sauce is so much thicker and creamier I can’t ever go back πŸ˜…
