Some of you were asking about my jalapeño and I just did a harvest today, 100 not including the tiny prematures. It was getting too heavy for its own good! What should I make with this many peppers I can’t even think of where to begin I already have 2 jars of pickled ones

Smoke em and dehydrate, jalapeno hot sauce, jalapeno poppers, slice and freeze for topping nachos/tacos etc, salsa
