A late-summer craving hit after service, and I had mussels, tomatoes, and just enough white wine.
Ten minutes later: pure Italian seaside on a plate.
No cream. No nonsense. Just flavour.

INGREDIENTS
• Fresh mussels, cleaned
• Spaghetti
• Cherry or datterini tomatoes
• Garlic
• Dried chili flakes
• Good extra-virgin olive oil
• Dry white wine
• Fresh parsley
• Salt + pasta water

  1. Denis you look like a quite young person so I was wondering where did you learn (so quickly) on how to be so organized and clean in the kitchen?

Did you went to an Italian scuola di cucina or?

  2. Fantastic dish….but what about that recipe was "TWO SIMPLE INGREDIENTS"? Click bait title….

  3. clickbaity thumbnail aside, I think I was able to replicate this in my home kitchen. I didn’t use mussels with the shells but used the Patagonia smoked mussels in a tin can. It tasted decent to me, but I don’t have a baseline for this dish.

May try with cleaned, "fresh" mussels with shells next time and see if it changes the flavor profile.

  4. Thank you! Do you have more videos like this one? After work, I only cook simple meals. This one is simple enough and healthy too.

  5. italian food isnt magic, its the base level white mans food that can be accepted as food, i mean raw potatoes and bread cannot be considered food in 2025 🙂

  6. Denis constantly pulls out clean dishes and utensils. Even at the end of his 12 hour shift. I wonder who washes them ? Himself or there is a dish boy ?

  7. What a silly clickbait. Even the title photo reveals that „two ingredients“ is a pure lie. Block channel immediately.
