It is beautiful!
Holy shit, that is the most gorgeous salad I’ve ever seen in my life. I love seeing such artistic talent on display, especially from a fellow vegan.

How long did it take to make? In the recipe there is a few grains that need to cook! I do like chopping veggies though!
