Hey folks!
I made a super cheap and easy pizza using just a few pantry staples and my Airfryer. Perfect for anyone on a budget who still wants something tasty!
Dough Ingredients (makes 2 small pizzas):
- 125 g flour βΒ $0.20 / β¬0.19
- 125 ml milk βΒ $0.15 / β¬0.14
- 1 sachet dry yeast βΒ $0.25 / β¬0.23
- 1 tbsp olive oil βΒ $0.10 / β¬0.09
- 1 tsp salt βΒ $0.01 / β¬0.01
Toppings:
- Strained tomatoes βΒ $0.40 / β¬0.37
- A bit of sausage βΒ $0.80 / β¬0.74
- Some cheese βΒ $0.70 / β¬0.65
Total cost for 2 pizzas:
$2.61 / β¬2.43
Instructions:
- Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl β start with a spoon, then knead by hand until smooth (about 4β5 minutes).
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covered.
- Divide into two portions, roll out to fit your Airfryer basket (I used baking paper).
- Top with strained tomatoes and whatever you have on hand.
- Airfry at 220Β°C (428Β°F) forΒ 6 minutes.
Result:
Crispy crust, melted cheese β way better than expected for the price!
