Excellent, little bit of wok hei, so I assume you used an outdoor wok burner?
I spent like $8000 on a range that was powerful enough to make it at home, have practiced my technique quite a bit, and yours looks quite good.

One of my favorite dishes that I rarely make due to the noodles being a pain when making from scratch. Did you make these or are they premade? And if premade, are the refrigerated or dried? I haven’t found any premade wide rice noodles in my Asian markets.
