Nongshim spicy ramen with airfried tofu (just Asian supermarket tofu cut in quarters, added a little soy sauce and airfried until it was pretty,… Then I sliced it), broccoli, celery, sprouts, green onion, and zucchini. Blended some oat milk that needed to go and some peanut butter into the soup base.
Crispy chili oil on top.
