Looks Very Delish!! Wish I could insert pics of the ones I've made. One way to make a frittata, quiche or omelette more flavorful & Aromatic, is to saute your veggies in olive, coconut or avocado oils, also onions, peppers….& whatever meat or Poultry you're using, then let it cool completely before adding to your eggs. I have been playing with something similar but on stove and wishing for a different method. I finally tried last night but substituted a few things and I very happy with the turnout. The hubby and son enjoyed as well. Didn’t have onion so used onion powder. Used summer sausage instead of ham. Spinach and kale. Cheese, shedded extra sharp cheddar and white American on top. Served with spoonful of salsa on top. This is something I will continue to play with different ingredients in the future. Thank you much and best wishes
