First time smoking ribs!


I took the jump and smoked some ribs. I’ve only been an Egg head for a month and love it. Used three different rubs but Meat Church Honey Hog was the favorite. Sauced with Ogre Sauce. Next time I’m using a darker sweeter sauce.

    I have a similar rack for doing multiple racks of ribs. The Costco pack is three, so this works great! Ribs look fantastic man!
