Unfortunately, it rained, and the stove and pan suffered quite a bit to brown the patties a bit. The smoke alarm in the apartment went off twice.
Organic grass-fed beef ground and formed into patties (2 x 100g) with typical American cheese in the middle and cheddar cheese on top. It's served in a simple sesame bun with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
Although it's not visible, there's a decent amount of grilled onions and bacon underneath the meat.
