Ocean Casino Resort has two new dining concepts: Chez Frites and Sunny’s, created in partnership with award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr.
Chez Frites introduces a contemporary French steakhouse experience to Atlantic City. The 150-seat restaurant features a lively bar and a one-of-a-kind prix-fixe menu offering steak, salmon or lobster, plus fresh salad and unlimited fries.
Sunny’s brings a bright and cozy twist to American breakfast and lunch classics. Perched eleven stories above the Atlantic Ocean, the eatery offers bar and table seating with panoramic views and a menu featuring classic American favorites like Nutella French toast, pigs in a blanket, lobster rolls and more—all elevated with bold, fresh flavors.
Kura Sushi, Lawrenceville & Freehold
Kura Sushi’s innovative revolving sushi restaurant is coming to Lawrenceville and Freehold. Kura Sushi combines authentic Japanese cuisine with interactive dining. Via a two-layered conveyor-belt system, guests can choose their own dishes, while drink-delivery robots offer beverages. Kura Sushi also has locations in Cherry Hill Township, Edison, Fort Lee, Paramus and Jersey City.
El Asadero Mexican Grill, Secaucus
Originally opened in 2012, this authentic Mexican restaurant is embarking on its third expansion; it also has locations in Rochelle Park and Fort Lee. A family-owned restaurant, El Asadero—which means “grill” or “rotisserie” in Spanish—features sizzling dishes served over an open flame, handmade tortillas and more.
MaMi, Cresskill
This new Mediterranean restaurant comes from Inna and Eldad Mashiach, who are behind Reunion and Moabet in Brooklyn.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, North Brunswick
The fifth New Jersey location of this fast-growing eatery is now open in North Brunswick. This new Freddy’s welcomes guests with the same craveable, made-to-order steakburgers and frozen custard that “Fredheads” across New Jersey have already come to love.
