Check this out. This is how I make a simple homemade hummus. Boil chickpeas for 15 minutes, then shock them in cold water. Towel dry and agitate them to shed the skins. Then add the chickpeas to a blender with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Then top it with more olive oil, paprika, and dried parsley. That’s it. It’s that simple.

Hummus Recipe:
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 cup Tahini
1 Lemon (juiced)
1 Spoonful of Jarlic (or more if you REALLY like Garlic)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Canned not good. Just soak dry chickpeas for 2 day with changing water few times then boil.
