    Based on how shitty everything else on the plate looks, it’s probably albacore.

    The fish listed as yellowtail is not yellowtail. Looks to be snapper or something else.

    Former Sushi chef here. The “seabass” looks to be mackerel, your “?” Looks to be actually the yellowtail, and it’s hard to tell if that “yellowtail” is either red snapper/tilapia or maybe even fluke. Hope this helps.

  6. That’s also not butterfish, butterfish is an actual fish, and the more common usage though would be sablefish. Whoever named escolar butterfish did so to scam or deceive people… it’s should be known as orange explosive diarrhea fish…
