A super easy Alfredo Cajun Chicken Pasta dish you can make at home… don’t forget your Carbone sauce! 🔥
I don’t know why it’s taken so long for me to show you guys just how easy it is to make Cajun chicken pasta. Check it out. The first thing you’re going to do is cook up your onions and peppers. We’re going to add a pinch of kosher salt and a little bit of Dano’s Primo. That’s the silver top. And a splash of water. We’re just going to let those cook while we prep our chicken. We’re going to take two chicken breast and we’re going to cut them in half. Just like that. So now we got four. Now you need a little saran wrap and one of these. And we’re going to pound them out. That should do. Give your onions and peppers a toss. A little more water. Let them keep cooking. Now we pop the top on our Dano’s Cajun. Look at this, you guys. If you’ve never seen it before, most Cajun seasonings are packed full of salt and just a few spices. We’re packed full of the right amount of salt. Only 50 mg of real sea salt per serving. The rest is all natural ingredients. We got sumac, a little white pepper, smoked paprika, the oregano, the thyme. Look at this, you guys. This is a real Cajun seasoning right here. Real flavor. We’re just going to coat it up nice and thick with the seasoning. We’re going to flip it over. Get the other side seasoned up. Pat it in. Our peppers are almost done. We’re going to wait till that water boils out. But now we got our water water boiling right here. We’re going to add one pound of rietoni. And don’t forget to salt your water. All right, look at that. Our peppers are done. We’re just going to set these to the side. And right back onto the heat we go. A little bit of avocado oil. And now we cook our Cajun chicken. Look at this sear, my friends. The blackening Cajun crust. That’s what I’m talking about. All right, the chicken is done. That’s what we’re looking for. Lay your one piece out and cut nice little thin strips just like this. Time to check the pasta. It’s ready. This part’s super easy. We’re going to drain these and then you’ll see what happens next. So, now this is all you got to do. Get the Carbones roasted garlic Alfredo. This is my absolute favorite packaged Alfredo sauce that there is. And for the one pound of pasta, you need one jar. Now, is carbones a little bit more expensive? Of course, it is because it’s the best. Now, we just scoop our pasta into our bowl. One more dusting of our Cajun. Add a pinch of our peppers and onions. And right on top, we go with our chicken. It’s time. Get a little onion. Get a little pepper. Get a little chicken. And here we go. That was super easy. Only a couple ingredients. That’s the yum yum. Get you some. Give it a try. Thank me later. We’ll see you next time. Peace.

Just because you can, doesn’t always mean you should.
Why would you not at the least heat the sauce up.
It's very good. Easy recipe and well worth it. Yum, Yum. Get ya some…
As a Cajun I would’ve cut my chick n before grilling so it’s be seasoned on all sides, I would’ve used penne, left the peppers and onions, and made my own sauce
Just how we would make it in LA
Where can I get that shirt? It’s great 👍
Think ill try this with red sauce instead
