Loosely followed that recipe
I did 200g of starter, 500g of KA wheat and 500g of KA bread flour, 22g salt, and 750g water
+Sit for 30 mins covered in mixing bowl
+2-15 mins stretch and folds then 4-30min stretch and folds
+bf for an additional 3 hours then fridge, was tired
+took out of fridge for 2 hours
+cold proof for 36hrs
My oven doesn’t get as hot as it should so for this loaf +preheated for 550° with the Dutch oven in
+lowered to 45° for 40mins with lid and two ice cubes
+lowered to 380° for 30mins without the lid
Cooling currently so no crumb yet, and it’s a gift
