A new story from Food & Wine has tapped Columbus as one of the nation’s up and coming food havens.
The Food & Wine story, which was published on July 21, named the Arch City and seven others as one of the country’s “next great food cities.”
The story named hotspots like Agni, Law Bird and Cobra, in addition to star Columbus chef BJ Lieberman, the owner.and founder of Ginger Rabbit, Metsi’s and (although it’s slated to close next month) Chapman’s Eat Market, which was named one of the New York Times’ 50 best restaurants in the country in 2021.
