Um, today we’re going to be making hash brown and I wanted to show you my ingredients for the hash brown. So this is uh we are going to use for potatoes uh red onion and the green onion uh cilantro and we are going to use canola oil uh iodized salt paprika organic cayenne pepper argo corn starch and pure ground black pepper. Okay, so those are my ingredients, guys. So, we are going to peel the potatoes. Our potato is ready. They’re washed and peeled. So, I’m going to be um grating them from here. And I think from this is the potatoes, guys. So, cuz they have a little bit of water in it. They come with when you grate them like that, they have water in it. So I will put them here so it can um drain that water. So that is it guys. Then we are going to cut all the ingredients and put them in here. Going to be cutting those into small pieces and we’ll put them in this container right here. While we are doing that, we can also you see it drained a little bit of water. So, we’re going to put that there and Start mixing it. Mixing it up. Put black pepper. Right now black pepper like so. Then we’re going to be putting paprika next. cayenne. Going to put a little bit of that salt. This is the mixture. How is the mixture look like right now? And then we will add the corn starch. The argo corn. like that. We are going to use eggs. So, I’m going to add two eggs. Two eggs. Those like that. Yeah. And we are also going to add um apart from eggs, I actually forgot to tell you guys, we are going to use um a little bit of flour. Yeah, we are going to use a little bit of flour. So, all those ingredients that I’ve put in, this is how it looks like. And I still want to cut a bigger. So, this is our ingredient right now. I want it to look like the FL I use gold medal premium quality which we’ll be using as well. [Music] So we adding cilantro in it. This is what is remaining. I’m going to mix it up again. What I’ll do, I’ll just put some flour. And there so it doesn’t stick. So I will go with my hands, guys. My hands are clean. I’ll go and make something like that. So, it’s time for frying. We are going to use canola oil. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] So this one is ready. [Music] Ready. Put it over there. It’s not ready. [Music] There is the ketchup guys. We are going to try it. Let’s try this one. Crunchy. Crunchy. Crunchy. Crunchy. You can use this with coffee, tea, or anything else you want to drink it with.
