Would you agree every celebration calls for a delicious dessert? Let’s make bugata together to celebrate 101 years of sher. Milk, sugar, and semolina. Cook till thick and let cool down. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon and sugar and give it a good stir. Then prepare your roasting pan. This is Shassur’s cast iron in brilliant white. Even heat distribution and perfect size for this unsalted butter and layers of filow pastry. I used half the box and scrunched some bits to create a beautiful crispy base. Then I continued till I reached the top, cut into desired shapes and added the remaining unsalted butter. Cooked on 180 on fanforce till crispy and golden brown. Lots of icing sugar and fragrant cinnamon for the perfect dessert. Happy birthday, Shazer.
