⚫️ ingredients:
– 1 chicken cut in pieces or 6-8 cuts of your choice
– 2-3bl potatoes cut in quarters or thick wedges
– 1 thickly sliced onion
– 4-5 garlic cloves
– salt & pepper
– oregano dried & fresh
– lemon juice from 2 lemons
– olive oil measure with your heart
– 1 cup water if needed
⚫️ instructions:
– cut the chicken in portions ( if needed)
– into a large baking pan add the potato wedges, the chicken, the garlic, the onion slices, salt and pepper, oregano dried & fresh, olive oil and lemon juice, mix very well and bake at 400F (200C) for about an hour ( or as needed until the potatoes & the chicken are fully cooked)
-when is ready enjoy with Greek horiatki salad and tirokafteri or tzatziki
