
I made some delicious lamb wraps with homemade taziki and homemade flatbread. This was the first time I had ever made lamb. Seasoned with cumin,cardamom, garlic, chili powder, salt, curry powder, then rubbed with olive oil. In the pan I added oil, butter, fresh rosemary, and whole coriander seeds. Seared on all sides then pressure cooked for about 20 minutes.
