Had Vietnamese for lunch today! Ate three of the fried spring rolls wrapped in lettuce, split half of the bánh mi and the pho with my mom.
Hand and bowl aftermath for comparison. Fried spring rolls had pork and veggies. Bánh mi was pork barbeque with pate, red bell pepper, radish, carrots, and cucumber. Pho was chicken.
