Hey, hey, hey. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Wow. [Music] Hey. This one pan Moroccan chicken serves four at about 420 calories per serving without any sides and depending on your portion sizes. It’s packed with lean protein, fiber richch chickpeas and naturally sweet dried apricots. Enjoy it on its own or with white or brown rice, cauliflower rice or couscous. Just remember, sides will increase the calorie counts. And here are two quick tips to take this dish to the next level. Tip number one, skip canned apricots. Most are packed in syrup and loaded with sugar. Go for dried apricots instead. They are naturally sweet, more concentrated in flavor, and much healthier.
