I think the topmost is gorgonzola.

Bottom looks like a clothbound cheddar. Maybe Cabot clothbound?

Thanks for all the answers everyone. I’ll take a look at getting my hands on some of these cheeses to try for myself. Even if it’s not exact, I’m sure they’re all going to be amazing.

Bottom could possibly be Comte, the top looks like Roquefort based on the mold veining.
