Sorry, I had these a long while back and didn’t write down the names.

I know it’s not much to go off of but hoping you can help identify – especially the one on the top left.

I think the topmost is gorgonzola.

    Top looks like Stilton.

Bottom looks like a clothbound cheddar. Maybe Cabot clothbound?

    Left maybe st. Nectaire?

Hello! What country did you have the cheeses in?

Thanks for all the answers everyone. I’ll take a look at getting my hands on some of these cheeses to try for myself. Even if it’s not exact, I’m sure they’re all going to be amazing.

  7. Bottom could possibly be Comte, the top looks like Roquefort based on the mold veining.

    My $0.02

    – 12 o’clock: Blue Stilton
    – 3: Pecorino
    – 6: Gruyere
    – 9: Epoisses or Taleggio

  9. Ossau Iraty(sheep)- bottom
    Gorgonzola Piccante(cow)- top
French Muenster, Dorset or Oma- left (could be so many others but probably an import since it’s in NY)
    Manchego(sheep)-right

From the top, around the clock my guess is Stilton, Manchego, Tomme de Savoie, Epoisse.

They came in rappers from The Store. Why don’t you take a look at the rappers and read what it says.
