  • Sf Maple syrup (2 tbsp)~5 cal
  • Strawberries (x3) ~15 cal

  • Large egg (cooked w/ spray) ~75 cal

๐Ÿฅž 3 tbsp Egg Substitute
๐Ÿฅž20 grams AP Flour
๐Ÿฅž20 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
๐ŸฅžSweetener (to taste; I did 2 tbsp)
๐Ÿฅž1 tbsp Baking Powder
๐Ÿฅž1-2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)
๐Ÿฅž1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
๐Ÿฅž1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

๐Ÿฅž3-4 cubed strawberries

๐Ÿฅฃ Mix all ingredients from egg substitute to cinnamon. Pour batter onto sprayed cooking surface and drop in a few cubed strawberries. Cook & enjoy!
