Knocked out a solid meal prep this week: spicy Italian sausage, roasted veggies (broccoli, carrots, parsnips, and red bell peppers), and rotini pasta tossed in pesto. Everything’s got a little kick thanks to the sausage and some crushed red pepper in the mix. Super simple, reheats well, and actually something I look forward to eating.
