Based on my math, the total calories for the whole bag should be about 206, but the label says 260 for the whole container. I’m not sure whether I should log it as 206 or 260.

Hello OP! Try not to let these things fear you! I believe if u are bulking, log it as 206. If u are cutting, log it as 260! However, if you want to be accurate, weighing the sweet potatoes and follow through. Meaning if the sweet potatoes weighed 110 grams, log it as 260! Enjoy your potatoes OP!

typically labels DO do a bit of rounding on macronutrient values and caloric values which can create a bit of a math predicament in comparing the serving size and servings per container but you are correct…this one doesnt make a ton of since here since its so far off
what id suggest is just logging reliable values for sweet potato from a source like the [USDA data base here](https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/food-details/2346404/nutrients), where 100g of raw, skinned sweet potato is ≈80 calories…where for your ***110g serving size this would be ≈90 calories.***
ik ik ik this is a bit different from Walmart’s suggested value per 110g serving but there is variation in all foods when it comes to calories, and tbh as long as youre long term being consistent with these logs…these little 10-20 calories differences really wont move the needle in the grand scheme of weeks or months.

Your math seems right – 80cal/110g*283 =206.
Though Kroger brand frozen sweet potato is 90cal per 88g which would be 288cal for a 283g portion.
