On the menu today: summer in Provence 🇫🇷✨
Niçoise salad with seared tuna, baby potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, radishes, and green beans (fresh from my neighbor’s garden!). Finished with a sharp vinaigrette made with garlic, shallots, two kinds of mustard, white wine vinegar, and olive oil.
So fresh!
