    Ill test it out next weekend on some pork steaks. Im not sure you can find those in the Carolinas but mustard sauce goes great with pork

    Also ran are the atomic buffalo turds in the first and third pics. Open a jalapeño insert 1 Lil Smokie, some cream cheese. Wrap in bacon and grill til crispy… mmm!

    I’ve never seen Katsup in the UK, is there any reason why I couldn’t use Ketchup instead? Would it ruin the sauce?
