I make around 20 of these big breakfast burritos but we end up eating 2-3 during the process. They're so damn good when hot and fresh, especially the sausage gravy. I do a mix of spicy Cajun sausage w hatch chilies or this one pictured has a maple syrup drizzle just for some sweetness.
What tips do you have to not eat the prep besides cooking on a full stomach?

Make it a lot healthier, then it doesn’t taste as good and you’ll be less tempted.

I’ll let you know when I figure that out, myself! I usually make the little tastes my dinner for the night so I don’t feel like I’m eating too much

We made some rosemary crispy puffy potatoes, and used some beyond sausage, and eggs.

Do you freeze these? And does the eggs still taste good when it’s frozen then reheat it in the microwave
