Fat free cheddar – 45 cal
Natures promise chuck roast (slow cooked for 3 and a half hours) 4 oz – 160 cal

265 cal for the quesadilla

Served with salsa verde (10 cal) and roasted garlic lime crema (~45 cal) (light sour cream, roasted garlic, lime juice and zest, salt and pepper)

Cilantro added as well to both the quesadilla and crema

    Those tortillas have changed my life. I won’t say they’re exactly the same as regular ones but man, it’s about as close as you can get without lying to yourself.
