I grilled sourdough bread on the flattop grill with salted Kerrygold butter on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
Added a good spread of Dukes Mayo on both slices of bread.
Nice thick slices of beefsteak tomatoes with a touch of salt and pepper on them.
Added crisp iceberg lettuce.
Followed by a healthy portion of bacon.
Close sandwich and cut in half. Enjoy!

Looks solid af
Looks good. But…. The only critique I will give it is me personally I would’ve cooked the bacon for longer, but everyone’s different other than that, I’ll still give it a 9/10
Okay so I was craving iceberg the other day so I grabbed some. Made the simplest mayo/salami/lettuce/mozza sammie on fresh baked sourdough and it was so friggin good. Iceberg really does it up right!
(Also, THANKS that sandwich is making me so hungry now! Haha)
bacon should go against tomato, unless you salt the tomato separately, otherwise looks phenomenal!
For now
That looks amazing, but I go a little heavy on the mayo. And ironically, I have high cholesterol.
Personal preference.
Cut the lettuce.down, double the bacon and more.tomatoe.
Heck, make.it a b&t sandwich.
Looks good. I add chopped red onions and a lil shredded cheddar.
Based BLT
Lemme put you on something: Costco sells sliced pork belly, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices. Season, smoke or grill low and slow, make the best got damn BLT of all time.
Thin chopped lettuce and turn the bacon 90 degrees so you don’t pull whole strips out when biting.
The bacon could be crispier

Looks great! Blts are my favorite sandwich. Every time I make one at home I think “this is the best one I’ve ever had!” And also “why don’t I make these more?!” Now I make a whole pack of bacon so I can have a blt a few days in a row. Delicious every time!
I didn’t taste that sandwich, but I felt it. I couldn’t argue against your claim from your photos. I’m a Hellmann’s man myself, but I guess that is regional.
Nice work! I hope you enjoyed eating your sandwich as much as I enjoyed looking at it.
Try with basil mayo it’s delicious
I never put tomatoes directly on the bread. It soggifies it. Lettuce is a good moisture barrier.
Looks delicious nonetheless.
Use the bagel setting on the toast. Keeps the toast from cheese gratering the top of your mouth. Can even do a proper light toast, then a bagel setting toast.
BLT looks great. If the tomatoes are top notch, it’s the perfect sandwich recipe. If the tomatoes are junk, then the sandwich is trash.
A real moment for sure
