Am I alone in thinking raw tomato on a pizza is universally terrible?
Im sure an argument could be made for a very high quality heirloom slice on a thicker crust like a sicilian style with pepper and EVOO, but thats about the only application I could think of being into.

If it’s the cooks first day alone that would be okay. Not to be served to a customer or anything but as an attempt.

So, is this an Asheville thing? Cook the pizza first, *then* add the toppings?
