Because it’s flavorful, creamy, and made with basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, this is my go-to recipe for VEGAN TOMATOES & red pepper soup. It’s a nutritious, cozy bowl hug that works well on any day.
Ingredients : tomatoes, red bell peppers, garlic powder, italiano seasoning, Salt, pepper, cream/milk, vegetable oil and coriander leaves.
Method:
1- Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into half.
2- Place them into the airfryer, polish with vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and italiano seasoning.
3- Leave for 15-20 mins with temperature 190 degree celsius in the the airfryer.
4- After roasted, blend them and make a puree.
5- in the heated saucepan, add the puree , stir and simmer for 7-10 mins.
6- As it become thick, take out in the bowl. Add cream/milk as per choice, sprinkle Italiano seasoning on top and garnish with coriander leaves.

Hello friends today I’m going to make tomato and red pepper soup which is pretty easy colorful and flavorful for that cut tomatoes and red peppers into half place them on the air fryer tray time to polish the tomatoes and peppers with olive oil Italiano seasoning garlic powder also add salt and pepper for taste once it’s done then time to roast them for that place them into the air fryer and set the temperature 190° C for 20 minutes as you can see it’s ready and time to blend after blending add that py into the heated pan stare it and let it simmer for 10 minutes no need to add anything extra I mean any kind of seasoning as you can see the soup is almost ready time to add milk or cream I’m using milk here sprinkle the Italo seasoning on top and then garnish with some coriander leaves it’s ready serve hot and enjoy especially in the Cozy weather
