Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls | No Music, No Talking

RECIPE
Dough
240ml warm milk
7gr instant dry yeast
2 eggs
80g butter
100g sugar
480g flour
2tsp of red gel colorant
Filling
200g butter
75g brown sugar
Cinnamon
Cream
100g butter
130g powder sugar
200g cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sprinkle yeast over warm milk and let it sit for 5 min.
2. Add eggs, sugar, butter and gel colorant and mix well.
3.Add the flour a bit at a time and knead the dough for 5 min.
4. Cover and let it rise in a warm room for about 1 hour and 30 min.
5. To make the filling and the cream just mix everything together.
6. Once you shape your rolls, let them rise for other 30 min in the tray. Then I put some whipping cream to make them more soft.
Bake at 190°C for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
