The restaurant menu description says: Marinated, fresh char-grilled chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon-sweet onion compote, pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato on a toasted ciabatta roll.

Tbh I’m a picky eater and only had two bites of it with the bacon before I took it off and gave the rest to my mom for her loaded nachos lol. I only took two bites of the asparagus because the sandwich made me uncomfortably full. I also took off tomato because, again, picky eater things. The last photo shows everything I had left in the end .

I’m wondering how to estimate the calories so I can log it!! I’m trying to gain weight and be in a slight surplus, so having a general idea how to track this would just be very helpful!

    definitely less than 800, you only had half the bread! i would try to push for the whole thing if you’re trying to gain weight but i totally get it, it’s harder than it looks. so i would say:

    bread (~1/2): 120
    pimento cheese (2TB): 100
    chicken (8oz): 220
    bacon/onion compote: 50

    ~500
