I just watched this video on youtube and I'm drooling. Of course I've had korean bbq but not this particular variety – the grill is domed, the pork belly is cooked in the center, and kimchee, garlic cloves and bean sprouts are placed around the edges where the fat and juices run down and flavor them. Wrap in lettuce with ssamjang, pickled radish etc – you get the idea. Apparently easy to get to via LIRR (still an hour and twenty min from my place). Anyone been there?
