I made my own! 313 cal, 11c/13f/35p

Mission low carb tortilla
Tyson frozen rotisserie chicken strips (1.5 servings)
12g shredded low fat cheddar
Shredded lettuce
Homemade ranch (roughly equal parts non fat Greek yogurt, low fat mayo, almond milk mixed with enough ranch seasoning for however much you’re making)

Hit the spot!! I’m sure a lightly breaded chicken would be even better, but I’ve got protein goals to hit y’all

  1. I’ve been making these all week too! What I do is season some chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, s&p, and paprika. Then I smother a small amount of egg whites on the chicken and coat them in Kellogg’s flakes crumbs. They come out really good,  I think in the future I would just buy the cereal and smash them up though. I don’t like how fine the crumbs are, like breadcrumbs. They really hit the spot though 🙂
