Let me show you how to make a maple mustard glazed pork tenderloin. It’s quite delicious. First, we’re going to pat dry our pork and then rub it with olive oil. And we’re going to season it with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Next, we’re going to sear our pork over mediumigh heat. 2 minutes per side until it’s brown. Then, we’re going to make our glaze, which is maple syrup, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and some thyme. And we’re going to brush this over our pork with half of the glaze that we made. Then we’re going to roast this at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes until the temperature reaches 145 internally. Then we’re going to remove it and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. And then we’re going to brush the rest with the remaining glaze. And I hope you enjoy. I make this often. It is just so delicious.
