Fougasse is officially a summer bread! 🌞
It’s perfect for sharing with family and friends, and it doubles as both a party highlight and a beautiful table decoration.

The best part? You can add any spread or filling during mixing to make it your own.

For this one, I used my sourdough baguette recipe:
• 100g sourdough starter (20%)
• 400g bread flour (80%)
• 100g whole grain whole wheat flour (20%)
• 355g water total (71%)
(340g for autolyse + 15g added with salt)
• 10g salt (2%)

Dough was divided into 320–350g portions, preshaped into triangles, proofed, shaped, and baked.
