I asked for some advice a few weeks ago about carnitas, forgot to post.
Cooked in just lard and some bacon fat from breakfast, made own pickled red onion, carrot and radishes, guacamole, salsa Verde (tinned tomatillos) corn ribs and pardon peppers.
Went down a treat and enjoyed by others.
