My first time seeing the poke bowl at Yama San Gabriel.

Contents include: salmon/tuna/scallop mix, avocado, spicy tuna, seaweed salad, some crunch furikake mix, imitation crab, pineapple, and rice.

Overall very satisfied with the way everything tasted and I’m not the biggest fan of scallops. I was surprised by the crunch mix it really added texture and flavor to the dish. If anything maybe have some furikake on hand at home to top it with if you want a little more seaweed flavor. I don’t really eat poke aside from Jus Poke since they’re miles better than anything I’ve had in LA. Glad to have a good option that’s reasonable and fresh with great flavor closer than the South Bay.
