✨Hailey’s Creamy Buldak Ramen 🍜

📝 Ingredients:
• 1 pack Buldak Carbonara
• 1.5 cups water
• 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 slice Kraft Singles American cheddar cheese
• 1 soft-boiled egg (optional)
• A few bok choy leaves (optional)
• 1 tsp chili oil (optional, for drizzling)

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Boil the noodles
Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender.
Don’t forget to save the noodle water—it’s key for the broth!
2. Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl, mix the Buldak red sauce, powder seasoning, and mayonnaise until smooth and fully combined.
3. Create the broth
Place the cheddar slice on top of the sauce mix. Pour in about ¾ cup of hot noodle water. Gently swirl until the cheese melts and the broth turns creamy.
4. Add the noodles
Toss the cooked noodles into the bowl and mix until evenly coated in the creamy, spicy sauce.
5. Top it off (optional but highly recommended!)
Finish with a soft-boiled egg, blanched bok choy, and a drizzle of chili oil for that perfect final touch.

💡 Tip: Adjust the amount of reserved noodle water depending on how thick or soupy you like your broth.

  1. Am i the only one who tried carbonara buldak and didnt like it? I gave it like 3 chances cuz everyonr liked it but still its bad
