Hi guys i want to know your thoughts about this ice cream Machine. I want to start my small business of vegan ice cream and i need some tips about that.

I’ve enjoyed mine thoroughly. Recommend getting some extra bowls and mixing paddles to make volume and flavor-switching easier.
Used to imagine myself teaching a class with six machines or so, it would be noisy and delicious learning.

I have that, like it, granted I was gifted mine. The need to not chill cores and being able to use it at almost a moment’s notice is great.

This is my second ice cream machine and is much better than the first ( Breville ) I just finished making ice cream for 40 pax 3 days ago using this machine. Highly recommend

Well it’s a great machine and I manage to make 5 2.1qt batches of different ice-creams, gelati and sherbets in a row using a single container and mixer (mind you it’s a good 6 hour session). Yet I don’t think it’s a commercial class machine!

It’s not impossible to start a buisness of 3-4 of those machines but realistically, you need a machine that costs roughly 50 times that.

It’s not impossible to start a buisness of 3-4 of those machines but realistically, you need a machine that costs roughly 50 times that.
You should work on a buisness plan first
