I’m a stay at home father and I cook for my family six days a week and I’d be *totally* fine eating this.

My buddy from Japan eats that every night. He just replaces the chicken with fish. He says everyone over there has that meal a lot.

It looks like the outside is so dry it counts as skin-on again.

Needs veggies, not sure why so many reddit meals lack vegetables

Not 💩 at all. You living big with that big ol slab 😜

Just add a dash of Kikkoman Teriyaki, some dashi + furikake rice seasoning, and I would eat this for every meal.

Add a little enoki for the special times.

That’s sad that you’re eating overcooked chicken

Go to the dollar tree or dollar general and buy some seasonings for cheap. Onion powder, garlic, thyme, sage. 400 degrees. In the oven for 28 minutes. After the chicken is done cooking sqeeze a lemon on it with each bite. You can also make marinades and glazes by adding these ingredients to random liquids. Honey, lemon juice, maple syrup, vinegar, white wine. For spicyness add some basic pepper flakes if you’re a wimp.

  10. Looks fine for me but there’s a lack of vegetables, your body will appreciate fiber

  11. That rice looks a little spicy for that chicken

I’ve never seen chicken look like leather before

The salt of your tears dies not count as “seasoning”.

  14. Are you a dog with tummy issues, by any chance?

  15. Why are gym bros always scared of seasoning their food? Does seasoning mess up macros or something?

Get some veggies or furikake! Add a egg yolk to the rice! 🙂
